By accessing and using the VRS Inc. R.I.S.E Discovery Training Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
The R.I.S.E Discovery Training Platform provides online educational courses and career counseling resources for individuals referred through the California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) and other eligible participants.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users' experience.
All content on the platform, including courses, materials, and trademarks, is the property of VRS Inc. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
VRS Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
